Gold Coast Paramedic Ambulances are typically staffed with two licensed paramedics. (Ventura County only requires one paramedic and one emergency medical technician to work on an emergency ambulance). Our average response time to any 911 call is the shortest in Ventura County. A service that is unique to Gold Coast Ambulance is our policy to dispatch a paramedic supervisor to all potentially critical calls. We work closely with the Oxnard, Ventura County and Naval fire departments to ensure the most efficient team of experts arrive in an emergency
